  • QRR provides an explanation of the Injured Employees' Rights and Benefits, to include the roles of the QRR, Injured Employee, Carrier and Applicant Attorney

Vocational Exploration

  • Vocational Testing - (Group)
    • Aptitudes and Interests
  • Return to work Counseling
    • Review testing results
    • Review of appropriate training programs/schools
    • Provide a list of appropriate training programs/schools

  • Representative Job Analysis
    provided to the injured employee to take to the doctor to review for physical appropriateness of the chosen vocation/training.
  • Resume and Cover Letter
    development and review with the injured employee (copy provided on disc).
  • Job Seeking Skills Workshop (Group)
    How to effectively complete an application and interview. Will include tips on how to explain gaps in employment history and reasons for leaving your last job.
  • Mock Interview
    Video tapped and reviewed with the injured employee.
  • Pre-screened Employer Lists (cold calls)
  • Written Summary of Services Provided.
